Today its facilities have been reconverted to the making of Kaiser-Frazer automobiles." So said 'Look at America' over 60 years ago. GM is finally closing the storied plant - which was down to only 300 or so employees - as part of their restructuring programme of 2009. I am aware of two reported to be located in : At the intersection of Randolf and Congress, see it there in the crosswalk? Next is a close up of that tile: The other tile was located at Woodward and Larned, see it in this next photo, again in the crosswalk: And a close up of the Woodward/Larned tile: Last time...

Found a comfy spot this morning at Bedford and Bloor to watch the Santa Claus parade. It was appropriately close to a number of cafes so that coffee kept us warm until at least about midway through.
