I saw this guy standing in front of the cops truck and I thought he was getting some kind of assistance from the cop. You know like some kind of highway helper thing. But why would the cop block traffic on a fairly busy suburban highway. Well the the cop gets out of the cab and gives the guy a piece of paper which I assume was a ticket. And then he sticks it in his pocket and heads off. Being a cyclist I get pissed when I'm trying to follow the rules and act like a car and I see other cyclist who...
