This guy is set up every day in the parking lot off of 12th Avenue in , rain or shine, snow or summer heat. He sells not only jerseys, hats and the like, but also mix cd's and pirated dvds. He brings along a mobile (powered by a battery) and plays his mixes for the whole , every afternoon...

Though I'm not sure that spotting a "suspicious" package (or ?) in the can is going to do much good, regardless of what sort of can youre using. The pulls in to pick up/discharge passengers.
