My girlfriend and I took a trip to Vermont's capital city a few weekends ago. Quite a great little place. I can't help but get a good feeling about a town when its public art looks like this: The trees are a bit of a draw up there as well: We were actually a few days early for the fall foliage, but we didn't mind. Besides, great 19th century architecture knows no season, particularly the magnificent Greek Revival Vermont Statehouse: Twin cinema: Showcasing some of the few stencils in Montpelier: I'll end with a great quote I saw about elm trees in...
