Cops Watch Puker in Park

This guy really had to much to drink by 4:00 in the morning. The cops parked on the sidewalk in the park just watched him, but never did anything.

Feeling Sixy?

author: Peter : Brooklyn, NY

image One for the ... After (or or , etc) as apparently many non-English-speaking visitors confuse this almost-homonymous word with , and apparently have surfed here looking for . So imagine my amusement when I found this for "Page Six" of the in a car, in ... :

NYC Style Graffiti Throw Up

author: Metro1 : New York, NY

image Simple bubble letters got the nickname "throw ups" due to the fact that they were done quick, and a writer would just throw it up in seconds. Writers have their own stamp in a sense... the public would view it as sloppy, but to a writer, it was the key to being noticed quickly. NYC throw up kings such as CAP MPC, 2, One, GHOST, KET, and CHINO BYI changes the game with their distinctive throw ups. Some are solid-filled while others prefer to just to it with a fat-cap. Today, thousands of...

Club Super Sexe

author: EvilGentleman : Montreal, QC

imageThe weather was beautiful, so I went for a walk down Sainte-Catherine Street today (Sunday, April 1st, 2007) and took a bunch of photos of businesses related to the industry, as well as a bunch of other things. This is the first post of what may prove to be a very long series about 1: SUPER SEXE & SUPER CONTACT Female dancers serving a primarily male clientele Table dances, lap dances, erotic couples, bed shows With its central downtown location across from the...

A Rare Ruin in Bushwick

author: upfromflames : Brooklyn, NY

image With all the changes in Bushwick's real estate landscape there are a diminishing number of sealed up houses like this one. Houses like this were sealed up in the 1980's to prevent them from becoming drug dens and targets for fire. A few remnants remain around the neighborhood, but its only a matter of time before they become gut renos. This one is at Troutman and Bushwick. See any on your block?

Sunset Park

author: little ukraine : Brooklyn, NY

imageA trip to Sunset Park. We get off the subway and head down to the waterfront... More can be seen here, but for now let's head up to Fifth Avenue... Walking uphill, looking back, off in the harbor... Here we are at Fifth... Down the street and up into the Park... This sign's warning, unfortunately, was not heeded. In fact, one child was mercilessly beating the fence with a baseball bat. But anyway... Sunset Park at sunset... Back down the street, time to head home... Back past Fifth Avenue... Just a few more interesting sights along the way... Goodnight, Sunset Park.

CN Tower Disappears
